If you are coming from the North via I-95 Southbound:

• Take I-95 southbound all the way until it merges into and becomes US-1 (South Dixie Highway)

• Stay on the Leftmost fork and follow the signs for 1-95 S (southbound)
• Merge onto 1-95 S and continue southbound for approximately 13 miles
• 1-95 will merge into and become US-1 (South Dixie Highway)
• Continue on US-1 for approximately 2.7 miles until you reach SW 40^th Street/Bird Road
• Make a right onto SW 40sup>th Street/Bird Road and continue for approximately .7 miles until you reach S Le Jeune Road/SW 42^nd Ave.
• Turn right onto S Le Jeune Road/SW 42^nd Ave. Continue on S Le Jenue Road/SW 42^nd Ave for approximately .7 miles until you reach Palermo Avenue
• Turn right onto Palermo Avenue and continue forward about 350 feet. We will be on your left hand side.

If you are coming from the North via I-75 Southbound:

• Take I-75 Southbound until you reach exit 1B
• Take exit 1B and merge onto FL-826 S(southbound)/Palmetto Expressway
• Continue Southbound on FL-826 S/Palmetto Expressway for approximately 8.1 miles until you reach the FL-836 W(west)/Dolphin Expressway exit.
• Take the FL-836 W exit and stay on the leftmost fork
• Follow the signs to FL-836 E (east)/Airport Miami and merge onto FL-836 E (east)/Palmetto Expressway
